"Still my favorite place to stay while in York. A Flagship in the Hilton collection. Best feature is the proximity to many different cuisines all within walking distance of the hotel. The entire staff was friendly and knowledgeable and are the key to a comfortable stay. "

"Dirty water in Jacuzzi, tv didnt work, dead fly in windowsill. No desk service at night. Bed was nice and food was good, otherwise I would rate it a 1 star."
