"We checked in late at night and would have liked to have paid by cash but it was card only. Would have liked to have used a lift as I have a leg injury but understand that the hotel is old so it didn’t have one. The room & bathroom was modern with tea & coffee making facilities. The highlight of the short stay was the breakfast, for how little the breakfast cost was it was unbelievable value and very nice. All in all the one night stay was extremely good value for money. "

"The room was fine however even though the windows were open the room was unbelievably hot. In fact the whole hotel was it was like the heating was on. The pillows were too soft. Breakfast was good nice choices Parking was good Good location bus stops nearby very quiet area "

While the chairs around the table were quite cheap and not very comfortable, the bathroom was adequate and met our needs. Overall, despite a few minor drawbacks, our stay at Rasa Sayang was pleasant. Considering the good location and reasonable price, we would stay here again."

"The room was clean and the bathroom had been recently remodeled. Checking in was a bit difficult with the management not on premise. The owners are making efforts to upgrade the property and could spend some time tidying up the front parking area and entry which is not very inviting. "
