"The room feel neglected, staff is non cooperative except room service boys. Booked a room with one double bed and single bed, but they provided worst room they have. Recommend not to stay there."

"The only issues which could need looking into are: a. the washrooms in the old wing - could improve a little. b. The approach roads are very inconvenient due to some work being undertaken about which the property can do very little except guiding the guests proactively."

"No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more."

"First of all the property is not on road side, you have to climb down so many stairs to reach to the hotel. Rooms gates and windows are not properly sealed gusty chilly wind passes through slits that makes room super chilly and leaves your blanket and bed in freezing condition. On above that they charge 300 rupees extra per day to provide room heater. Super inconvenient."
