"Air conditioning was kind of not working properly"

"CHARUDATTA ,front manager was practically very helpful gentleman."

"Staying at Ginger Hotel was, without a shadow of a doubt, one of the most stressful, frustrating, and deeply unpleasant accommodation experiences I have ever endured. When booking a room at a established chain brand like Ginger—a hotel operating under the umbrella of IHCL—one reasonably expects a reliable baseline of hygiene, functional amenities, and standard hospitality ethics. Unfortunately, my recent stay proved to be an absolute nightmare from start to finish, characterized by severe...

"Staff was not knowledgeable about what was required at the check-in and kept blaming Expedia for the goof ups. I arrived late night on the day of my check-in and had some senior citizens with me and they would not let us check-in bcos one of the 5 guests did not have Adhar card with them. "We (family of 4) had a wonderful stay at Essentia Premier, staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful. Rooms were spot on, clean very well maintained, front desk staff were excellent, she even upgraded my parent's room to ensure we stay next to each other. Breakfast at thier restaurant Citron is another highlight breakfast is amazing, overall we had a fantastic time at this place and would definitely recommend for families."

"Very poorly maintained property.. After checking room we decided to leave it immediately.. Unfortunately loss of 2 rooms fee because of no refund policy of expedia.. Expedia is also running scam adding such properties at it site and tagging it as non refundable property.."

"Great place to stay. Good rooms and quite big. Staff can be more hospitable. A lot of petty rules which can be irritating on a holiday."

"it was dirty in rooms "
