"The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area is awesome. Walking distance to multiple dining spots and the casino. The breakfast is about as good as it gets as far as options and quality. The elevator and 2 of the ice machines were broke. This is a new hotel so not sure why they were all broken."

"Kitchen in the room with full size refrigerator."

"The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs."

"Both check in and check out were extremely pleasant experiences. I stayed for an event at Drake, and the location was right across the street from where I needed to be making this an excellent place. The room was clean, updated, very comfortable, and I was glad for the parking. I would definitely stay here again for any other trips to this part of town."

"Stayed one night and all was good except the mattress was uncomfortable and ready for replacement. Great location. Quiet, even on a weekend night. Would stay here again."

"We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was working, kids played pool, and everything we needed to do was close by! Also the staff was very friendly & helpful!"

"Great location!"

"It was my second time staying and will definitely always choose this hotel. It was a very pleasant, beautiful, and the perfect spot downtown. Staff were also great!"

"We were able to walk to the Iowa State Football game from the hotel. About a 30 minute walk. Helpful people. Breakfast wasn't huge but was appreciated"

"My only real complaint was that they took out the hot tub. I guess someone pulled a mean prank in the last few years, and they decided it was just easier to not have one."

"Stayed there one night on the way home from Michigan to Colorado. The place was clean. The front desk was friendly and it served our purpose as well"
