"This stay was absolutely perfect - we spent 9 days here and felt right at home. It was clean and our stay was refreshing and relaxing. There is a bit of noise from the street as it is a busy road and near a lot of bars, restaurants, etc. We were able to use the kitchen for cooking and storing food items. They clean the room every 2-3 days but they check in to see if you need any additional toiletries or extra cleaning. They are available via Whatsapp and give prompt responses to any questions!!...

"I don't want to over hype this place because I want it to be available for my next trip. This hotel is a former dept store so you've got very high ceilings and giant windows. The windows have wooden panels that secure over the windows ensuring total silence and darkness when you want to sleep. Good locks, great location, great staff. "Our stay here was almost perfect. The staff was excellent as was the breakfast selection. We did not use the pool as hoped, but it looked beautiful. Great to have a full kitchen available to us to store and prepare food. Wish we had known this ahead of time (as well as close location to grocery store); we would definitely have planned things differently! Our room was small, but we didn't spend much time there, so not a problem. Great price/value for this stay! Good location; close enough for us...

"Overall, the property was Good: breakfasts, the dinner we had, the rooms were all as expected; the interior decor is good: the dining room had a display cabinet with an old radio set I remember from when I was a kid!! The location is a short walk (downhill) to the City Gates, good for buses, shops and marina with its shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, we were in a street facing room where, on Wednesday night, we were woken up by music and what must have been karaoke at about 0130 (Thursday)....
