Location was sublime--15 mins walk to Poetto beach, 5 mins walk to a grocery store, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, plus near many bus stations as well. One criticism from me is the hotel creaks and have a lot of sounds, i.e neighbour flushing, clanking in vents/walls, etc. I am a heavy sleeper so no issue for me but may pose a problem to light sleepers. "The address given is Via G Peretti 10 but should in fact be 11, which means finding it by satnav was difficult, we had to phone the hotel. Staff at reception in the morning were very cold and off-standing."

It seems the hotel is slowly improving its rooms but we unfortuately had a hill view room which was disgusting.It should not be given out to paying guests. "Very clean hotel with a good selection breakfast. Is located on a short walk to the main area, they offer free parking on the propery . The staff was friendly and provided us with information regarding restaurants and directions. "
