"The pension is well located. Our room had a kitchen space; so it was quite roomy by Portuguese standards. The room was also very clean and had air conditioning. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast offered enough selection. Nevertheless, this is a place with rooms on three different floors and no elevator. One has to be willing or able to navigate stairs with luggage."
"It was very hard to find it due to a street closure, but once we talked to the people that were closing the street. We had access to the hotel.
FYI . We asked the local people for the best restaurant in town, and they recommended the restaurant at the hotel, we had dinner there ,
And it was really good, pairing with the house wine …"
"Beautiful apartment — absolutely loved it! The swimming pool and rooftop terrace were fantastic and really made our stay special. 🏊♀️☀️
There’s also a small kitchen on the first floor, which was fab for grabbing plates, glasses and cutlery so you can enjoy a little picnic up on the rooftop terrace. They even provide fresh towels for the pool, which was a lovely touch. ❤️"
"I rented three single rooms for my mother, my sister and I. The rooms are small. They’re just what you need. Everything is clean. They were comfortable little views of older buildings.
I went with the option to include breakfast. It was a nice breakfast at a very reasonable price. Grateful to make the start of our day so easy.
There is a pool we did not go because it started to rain. It looked very nice.
Up the street and around the corner is the castle. It’s in a great location. It’s easy...
"A morada ergue-se com a fidalguia de outros tempos, guardando em suas paredes o murmúrio sereno da história e a doçura ímpar da hospitalidade ribatejana. Os aposentos, quais paços de quietação, convidam ao sono brando e aos sonhos puros. A luz que adentra as janelas pela manhã parece tocada pelo próprio ouro dos deuses, despertando o viajante não com o ímpeto da tormenta ou do mar bravio, mas com a suavidade de uma lira enamorada."
"Is a country side place, 15 minutes drive from TOMAR. You feel the clean air and taste de “happy chicken” eggs and out of this world recipes on dinner. Outstanding place
Outstanding guests. Love them.
Love the place. For sure we are coming back."
"Habitación amplia y limpia, con una cama cómoda, televisión, aire acondicionado/bomba de calor y nevera y algunos detalles de cortesía. Cuarto de baño con ducha y muy limpio. El desayuno está bastante bien."
"This is a really well-run guest house. Our room, Room 7, was small but perfect for our stay. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good - my partner especially enjoyed the home-made orange cake! Will be visiting the area again and will stay here if we can."
"One of the most delightful surprises I’ve encountered on my trip. This 300 year old Solar is magnificent and its owners and family have passed it down for over 8 generations. While the town itself has very little going on (I’m hiking so it would be hard to find a place to eat) the owners made me a wonderful plate of cheese, ham, homemade jam, bread and a glass of wine. Might be one of the best experiences diuring my travels and the proprietor was simply delightful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all around. "
