"The location of the hotel was a nice walk to old Montreal as well as close to a very nice grocery shop. Also within walking were multiple places to eat."

"We only stayed one night, all was excellent and we had a 7 minute walk to the Via station (Gare du Palais) downtown. On the down side, the bathroom was small ( but worked for us)… it would be a struggle for bigger folks."

My only complaint was that we stayed for 3 nights and the room was only made up once. They should have advised us of this policy upon check in."

When we notified them of the issue with our bed and that we didn't mind staying in there since we didn't have time to switch rooms, they took note and were very kind and accommodating. Thank you for making our short trip quick and easy! Hopefully, the bed will be fixed for the next guest. "
