"A little tired around the edges but perfect for what we needed. Very convenient walking distance into Canmore and near a grocery shop. Well kitted out kitchen. The aircon system was very noisy and not fit for purpose. Good to be able to have washing facilities in our apartment - perfect for a mid trip wash. Would recommend as a base for exploring Canmore and Banff."

"The Inn is a bit dated but overall very comfortable & the staff very helpful & welcoming. It was handy to have the Pub Restaurant on site. The location is very good & the mountain views from our corner room were wonderful."

"Great!"

"The room was adequate for our family. The location was convenient. The room did not have a view which is hard to miss in Canmore. The kitchen was good. The jacuzzi tub was nice but we had understood we could use the pool with the related next door property and we couldn’t."

"Clean and well-equipped cabin. Pretty warm and cozy space"

"It was a really lovely and unique stay. We loved the quaint atmosphere rather than a big hotel, it felt very welcoming. The sauna is a great addition! Unfortunately the hot tub was closed so we didn’t get to enjoy that!"

"Large, clean comfortable room with a view of the mountains. Great facilities with several gathering areas. Nice cafe for breakfast and drinks. Loved all the little added touches like free homemade cookies! Highly recommend!!"

Smelled so bad of cigarette smoke which made the stay unpleasant. When I mentioned to the host they said it was non smoking not good for a person with asthma. A smell of cigarette smoke filled the condo. For the price we paid which was high I was very displeased with the condo stench. The stove top was stained . I would...

"We stayed at the property for 5 days recently, and overall we had an excellent stay, although this property is bit old, but the hotel was kept clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful, the studio room we stayed in had a kitchen, which was nice since we did some cooking there, like a little breakfast, and there is laundry on site, definitely a plus for longer stays Hotel also offered free bear sprays for guests, a very nice touch, we will definitely consider going back again if we...

"Breakfast was awesome. Parking was v good. Quiet and private"
