"This is a nice, budget hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was small but clean and the beds were really comfortable. The issue for me is the location, it doesn’t feel very safe coming back later at night (not super late, but post-theatre for example). It’s very dark, the street lighting is terrible and you can’t get off at the closest DLR station - there is no platform, you need to get off at Westferry, which feels a bit dodgy. It is close to the pier, so you can get...

"We stopped overnight on our way to Le Shuttle. Huge room and bathroom. Very clean. Comfortable bed . Didn’t eat here since cannot comment. Didn’t have breakfast which we considered too expensive and instead went to M&S next door . Parking costs an extra £5 which I always find very annoying if I am booking a hotel. Receptionist in the evening was not very friendly which is why 4 stars but morning receptionist was very cheerful . "

"We had a fantastic stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate all of our requests. The breakfast offered a great variety of options and was delicious every morning. The bar was also excellent, offering a cozy atmosphere. One of the best parts was the location – it’s so central, with the train station right across the street, making it super convenient to get around. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here...
