"Very close to the beach which was awesome; right across the street! We didn't realize we needed to put a parking pass in our cars until two days later when we saw the form on the kitchen counter, but didn't seem to matter as no one else had them in their car and we didn't get towed. It's nice that the unit has access right to the pool. Unit was in good condition. The bathroom sink was missing the drain stopper and had a foul smell coming from it. We could hear every movement in the unit above us...

"Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family."

"There is no private beach for this complex. Only a small public beach strip access or you to shuttle to another larger public beach. No beach chair or umbrella rentals available to our complex residents. Our WI-FI stopped working the morning before we checked out. No parking passes left in unit, so we got tickets on our car windows which stuck to the driver side window. Housekeeping brought us passes after two days. "

"AvantStay was exceptional to work with. All our questions/concerns were answered extremely quickly, even at late night hours. Their communication and instructions were fantastic. The house has wonderful space and the neighborhood has heated pool, hottub, pickle ball courts, and trails. One trail goes to the beach, so very easy to access beach by bikes. Very close to Publix grocery and many restaurants, We love Seagrove and also enjoyed going to Seaside and Grayton Beach. "

"In general the condo was nice, but money needs to be spent on upkeep. The sofa is torn and seats slide forward, the washer and dryer are extremely old and you have to run it a minimum of 3 times to dry clothes. Fridge takes 3 days to make ice and shockingly in order to add more people to stay in unit, a bunk bed system was placed directly in front of entryway. It's the first thing you run into. Not good for children to be by the door and no privacy for guests. Very poor decision. Owner...
