"Great room."

"Rooms needs need updated. After checking in, went to our room, would not unlock, walked back down to front desk to stand in line again. Staff wrote wrong room number on door key insert. Fiancé walked down the steps to go back out to car and a group of people were smoking in the stair well. Outside door was propped open w a rock."

"Great!"

"Good stay, clean rooms."

"The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again!"

"No parking no staff to help at night on a Friday night, self check in. Elevator was broke. Will pay the extra money for a nicer place next time."
