"The staff was wonderful and helpful from showing us how to get around Vienna to our wake up call making sure we didn’t miss our train. Our bags were stored when we arrived although the room was not ready. This was so appreciated. The room was extremely clean. Loved the location, walking distance to many sites to see with city metro stopping just outside the hotel. I would highly recommend and would stay there again."

"Is located not far from the central Areas of Vienna. Hotel is a decent property. Extremely compact rooms but ok for a couple of nights stay. The iron we ordered in the room ended up staining one of the shirts as the Iron had a dark grease in the side of it. We didn't get time to highlight it to the reception since we had a packed schedule."
