"Came specifically for the pool/hot tub, was disappointed to learn the indoor hot tub was closed, 3 days BEFORE the sign indicated it would be closed for maintenance. Outside river not working even though it was the end of May. Waterfalls also not working. Beds were comfy and we weren’t bothered by the noise of other guests. No microwave in the room which sucked. "Clean spacious room and quiet Breakfast was mediocre with little fruit that didn’t seem to be replenished. Good location near walking trail along river. Enjoyed the nearby brewery with good food."

"I stayed in a newly renovated room. Very nice. The hotel is very clean, the restaurant has great food and the staff is wonderful throughout. Always stay here when I go to the Sault"
