"I booked a one night stay and was pleased with the hotel and its location. The breakfast was sufficient, I especially liked the plain yogurt, although the coffee from the machine was nothing special. Kinda ick if you choose a cappuccino. The hotel is a short walk from the train station which is good when carrying luggage although Google maps had me going all kinds of ways before I figured out which way to go. The hotel rooftop terrace has a panoramic view of the city. This is a big plus for...

"Lovely stay in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Florence. Definitely felt more luxurious than a 3*. Stayed with our 2 children in the family room and there was plenty of space for all of us."

"Breakfast excellent. 3-point sockets/outlets a problem for charging devices"

"The staff was extremely helpful with places for dinner and directions. The room was comfortable and clean."

"Habitación muy desgastada, paredes sucias, olor a humedad. Desayuno bien"

"The location is perfect as it is close to the train station and easy walking distance to all the main sites. The rooms were excellent and the breakfast was very good. The staff was easy to work with and very helpful."

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Good location nice people at the desk"

"Very nice to have extra space in the room. Good breakfast and nice to have locked storage for luggage"
