The one glitch was that a gentleman at the front desk was supposed to call me a taxi at 12:20 for 12:30 to get to the train station, but he forgot. At 12:35 I asked at the front desk (different gentleman) who said his colleague must have forgotten and placed a call. Luckily I was planning to be 30 min early for my train so the extra 15 min...

"In general we had a good experience during our stay. The apartment is well located and reasonably well equipped. The biggest inconvenience is that they have no staff in the premises and any problem has to be handled though a WhatsApp account that is slow to reply. When I arrived at the building, I had not yet received the email with the room information and door code, I eventually did, but it took me a while to contact them and get the information, also, the elevator was out of service and since...

"This was by far the worst hotel experience we had in a while. Unpleasant manager; outdated rooms, which look nothing like the online photos; old mattresses; no towels, no bed sheets and no toilet paper (this is something you have to pay extra for or bring your own). Avoid this place if possible, especially if travelling with children."
