"I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful, both on arrival and departure. My room, although not large was perfectly adequate, with a comfortable bed, and good adjoining bathroom. As I was travelling by train the hotel was well situated about a five minute walk from the station, and a similar length of walk into the old part of the city."

"Title: Blood stains in bathroom + forced to wait until 7pm – No refund"Hotel website says check-in at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30pm but were not allowed into the room until 7pm (over 4 hours later). When we finally entered, the triple room was dirty with visible blood stains in the bathroom. Photos attached.They only offered a double room instead of fixing the problem, so we left immediately. Now they refuse to refund us. Terrible hygiene, poor organization, and bad customer service. Do not recommend this hotel at all." "

"This is an excellent location for a visit in Girona. I very much enjoyed the terrace bar for a simple evening drink and snack. All of the staff were friendly and I found the breakfast offerings quite tasty."

"Amazing location. A 1-to-3 minute walk to the old-towm Game of Thrones sights, multiple museums, dozens of restaurants, and to the lion's butt you need to rub to ensure your return to Girona (look it up!). A short walk across the river are large lots with free parking. Highly recommended! "
