"First off. We booked the most expensive room at the hotel. Once we arrived, we found stacks of dirty dishes hidden in a cupboard. The was not a clean room. We called and the staff took them away. But it makes you wonder how long food items and dirty dishes were left in that room. The shower is another issues. The shower head is so high up that you cannot move it. If you turn the water on full power, the water shoots all over the bathroom, outside of the glass doors. In the room, the glass...
"Had issue with unsociable guests partying. Raised complaint with hotel both verbally and in writing, which wasn't resolved. And not even the courtesy of a reply.
The booking was made and paid for through Expedia and my contract is with them. They are responsible for making sure the stay matched what was advertised and resolving the complaint. Expedia don't recognise this and see themselves as an intermediary between me and the hotel.
We checked out 21st September and 8 days on, have no...
"Such a beautiful place. The staff was amazing, Everyone was great super helpful always very kind.
The only thing that annoyed me was that they had some guests that weren’t even staying in the hotel filming a music video, that took over the pool and we didn’t get any warning for it. So after we had planned to cool off at the pool after spending the morning at the rock we couldn’t.
Other than that the stay was very pleasant."
"Beautiful views of the lakes with a view of El Piñol from one side and the lake on the other. Great location and close to town. Good breakfast included with a friendly staff."
