The property we reserved was different from the pictures and didn’t have a balcony.. when I called Expedia they tried to tell me it was a general picture and that I didn’t reserve a room with a balcony or a lake view.. they said lake view was the name of the building it.. the experience was terrible

El apartamento es hermoso, tal cual lo que se ve en las fotos. Tiene todo lo necesario para tener una gran estadía, los utensilios en la cocina están muy completos, los baños bien equipados y todo en general muy lindo.
