"It just felt like a wonderful home filled with love and nature. The staff was amazing. Always greeting us. They treated my son so well. This is a place that just gets it. They understand everything a person would need. Fast internet, jacuzzi outside of the room, big TV, huge room with a high ceiling, amazing food, sauna, huge pool, a kiddie pool, open playing space grassy area, huge bathroom. No issues with late check out. I will keep coming back."

There is no drinking water available inside the room. You have to bring your pitcher down and ask one of the staff to bring you drinking water from their cafeteria."

"My stay at Microtel Batangas was superb! From the time I checked in, my experience was extraordinary. This was not the usual hotel I would choose. However, what makes this hotel great is their staff. Lani, the hotel manager, made me looked into several rooms to choose from to accommodate my needs. Ron Q, the afternoon front desk staff was always available to assist with my needs whether it was food, transportation or extra towel at night. "Great view and location. Many street foods outside. Hotel is clean and our room is big, however they need big time renovations and upgrades.. should get more food choices for breakfast. They offered towel but old, guests should bring their own towels and toiletries. Staff are very friendly and helpful."

It is a ridiculously annoying place to stay- very noisy Aircon in the room( hub said it felt like we're still on the plane), sink in the bathroom is clogged, our WiFi didn't work, key card room did not work, no bath mat, floor of bathroom is wet, the taps of the shower were annoying, reversibg the on and off, if I turn off the shower, the water from the bottom tap turns on, it was awful to use.
