The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City.

Very Nice Hôtel in Lipa City

I did not expect much when I drove up to it. The neighborhood was not great but once inside, this hotel is a winner. Clean, comfortable rooms, very nice rooftop restaurant & bar and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again.

Affordable and easy access to anywhere in Lipa City. Very Clean and comfortable. Excellent FREE hot breakfast. We will highly recommend it to our friends and everybody. We will come back soon.

The rooms were immaculately clean and surprisingly quiet despite its location. They mentioned a pool in their add, however it was in another sister hotel….perhaps they should mention that upon reservation…. Otherwise I will highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was good for what I needed it for. Their breakfast plates were yummy (we didn't do the buffet option though). My only dislike about the room was the cleanliness of the bathroom. The sink and shower handles, as well as the shower heads, were grimy.

This place was the best for the area, but not at all as walkable as we thought it would be. The staff were welcoming and helpful as they could be. The room had a distinct stench maybe from the AC. In the end, we did not want to stay very much longer in the area and decided to end our trip early.

Id stay again, but…

I took a photo of my review form that I filled out and left when we checked out after our 4days, 3nights stay. But let’s see if this section has enough characters for my review: 1. The way to the main hotel area showcases the furniture store so it’s inviting 2. The room was decent sized. But the bathroom door was so awkward. I suggest turning it into a sliding door 3. The housekeeping staff is very helpful. I had room service the entire stay and most of the staff who delivered our meals were great except for the 2 who didn’t greet nor smile and the other who didn’t take the dishes I was trying to return. 4. Walls were thin. So expect noise. I could hear the vacuum as early as 6am. The water pressure from the bidet and the faucet was inconsistent. It would be either ok or blowing up splashes. It’s almost frustrating coz I just wanted to wash my hands and I end up with wet clothes. 5. I love the water dispenser idea on the floor. Thats helpful and practical. 6. One lamp in the room we had wasn't working. No biggie. 7. Please have the TV set-up in such a way that there are cable channels or more things available to watch. When we stayed, only YouTube was available.

Their parking is not only limited. Very limited. I asked the staff to reserved a parking for us and they were adamant. But earlier we had seen a parking was reserved for someone and guests were meticulously reserving it. But the staff told us, they will reserved one spot for us but they cannot guarantee it will be still reserved when we got there. We were booked in that hotel for 3 nights and 4 days. And also they have a pool but on another site which we still need to drive just to have a swim, very inconvenient. Not going back there.
