"I have stayed in this hotel a number of times before and it's fantastic for its location and price, but man, they really need to sort out the air-conditioning situation. They gave me a desk fan, which wasn't really up to the task, and sleeping in these conditions was not pleasant. I'm not sure if I'll stay there again as the prospect of putting up with another summer of 37/38 degree heat in one of these rooms is not a tempting one. The hotel is a bit old and shabby and needs a proper overhaul....

"There was no air conditioning in my room. I reported it to the front desk. They will check. I took a picture of the settings. They said it works better at level two versus three. It didn’t. I didn’t sleep night one. Told the from desk. Even housekeeping said the room was hot. Next morning changed rooms, one floor down. No working power outlet in the room. Back to the front desk. Moved again. Same line from 703, to 503 to 403. Room felt slightly better. Housekeeping looked at the ac controls....
