"Unfortunately, the Mayflower experienced a laundry room fire before my arrival unbeknownst to me. The hotel had to be closed down. They were kind enough to re book me into the Doubletree by Hilton, where I stayed for the duration of my trip. This was done at no charge to me.

My stay at the Ambassador Hotel in Malta started with a very unpleasant experience. A female staff member tried to charge me in a way that I believed was inappropriate, so I contacted Expedia’s hotline to report the situation.
