To start with, there’s was no one to greet me and no viable welcome lobby so I had to ask around until I was led to a room with no ac to be checked in.
With temperatures in the 90’s and after a long flight, you may find your resistance very low, they were all about the money and very little of hospitality."
"The airport shuttle is a definite bonus, but the location of the hotel does leave something to be desired. There are very limited dining options in the vicinity of the hotel, and not much in the way of shopping. The fridge and microwave in the room is a nice touch. The Ruta del Desierto bus that runs along highway has a bus stop about 3 blocks from the hotel and is an inexpensive way to get into the more commercial area of San Jose Del Cabo.

"Más que hotel, parece un motel de paso, no tiene estacionamiento, pésimo olor, Deberían de colocar lo que es más parecido a la realidad. En el mostrador, tiene unos condones expuestos a la vista, claramente no es un lugar familiar. No es el tipo de hotel que estaba buscando."

"No laundry equipment, no coffee maker, kitchen knives was not useful at all(Cheap knives set can't even cut tomatoes), communication was slow, response to resolve the issues was okay, but series of small issues ( no big deal) should not not be there. La playa esta cerca, pero es dificil ir caminando porque en la fecha que fuimos hacia mucho calor y el hotel esta en una montaña a lo alto, tambien por eso la gran vista. Nosotros rentamos un carro para nuestra estadía y pudimos movernos muy bien, si vas en carro llegas a la playa en 2 minutos. Te recomiendo rentar uno, sale mas barato que...
