"We stayed for two nights & the staff were all lovely and very helpful. We returned wanting food one night not realising that the restaurant was closed but the lady on reception was very helpful supporting to order a food delivery then providing plates and allowing us to eat in the cosy restaurant. The room we had was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. They were"

"Very clean and new"

"Ample parking on site. The room was clean but in need of a redecoration. Beds were a bit 'squeaky'. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful."

"I have stayed at the Savoy Hotel in Weston-super-Mare in the past and previously found it to be clean and friendly. Unfortunately, my stay on October 26, 2026, was an absolute nightmare, and I will never return. I booked a room for one night, but upon arrival at reception, I was informed that my room was located at an annex/secondary site called "Savoy Hotel 2" (8-9 Manilla Crescent, BS23 2BS). I was handed the key to Room 402 and charged an unexpected £10 fee for parking, which was new to...

"A little dated and basic, but was very pleasantly surprised! Enjoyed my spontaneous night here with the dog, staff very kind and helpful. Big cups in the room, with nice biscuits and Yorkshire tea! Very affordable too for the night, would very happily return - given at a services, I didn’t hear the motorway at all! I stayed for convenience, not a ‘need’ and personally for £37 a night, I’d happily go back again!"

"Normally a very good hotel. Currently had an extension being built. So plenty of daytime noise. Had a broken shower that I’ve been informed will get fixed. However my main concern/problem was a member of staff called Lilac (or some similar). Rude just doesn’t cut it. Repeatedly interrupted her colleague at time of check in. So much so I asked the check in staff if they wanted to deal with her e"

"Clean and tidy. Bedroom smelt like someone had smoked in there before me. Parking good. No staff (which was advertised to be fair and the codes worked!). No hot water for the morning shower and no one to alert. Overall, average but ok for a place to sleep for the night."

"Excellent property….vey well managed, beautifully presented, very clean and functional. Staff were extraordinary with a particular shout out to Mel who went above and beyond to make us welcome and is a beautiful cook as well. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this property. 5 stars is not enough."
