Swimming pool is great and their beautiful garden as well. The front desk staff gave us a warm welcoming!

We had to leave our Airbnb early due to excessive noise and ended up here. This place is sooo quiet. The room: layout was spacious and well thought out with a comfy bed. There were some complaints in the reviews of the shower not getting hot. We initially thought we had that problem too but after at least 2 minutes of letting the water run it turned hot. My suggestion, leave the handle right in the middle of hot and cold and let it run. That may help. The rooftop swimming pool/Fitness...

I picked this hotel since it was located close to my family's house. I am so glad I did because this hotel put a ton of American hotels to shame with how clean, quiet, easily located from the street and nice it was. The price was also very reasonable for how large the room was. The security was also very good at this hotel when my dad was trying to come up to our room to pick us up they made him wait until they called my room to verify who he was. Free breakfast was available but I did not eat....

The room was pristine, comfortable bed, fresh sheets & towels. Seems like the walls are sound attenuated. Had coffee and toast, left early. Gym is rather small. A very pleasant, restful stay.

Friendly environment

👍

We reserved just for a couple of days, but our stay was comfortable. A couple of details, but those were resolved by the staff promptly.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Mérida. We were taking a chance on the location as Casa del Maya didn't appear to be in one of the more central areas of town (at least from what we could see on the map) but it's close to everything. There were shops and restaurants right around the corner and some of the major plazas were just a short walk away. Everyone out on the streets was respectful and polite and we felt very safe as 3 women traveling together. As for the hotel itself, it is small and...

Next time, and there will be a next time, I will start here with my Merida visit. A 400-year-old hacienda, beautiful grounds, gorgeous bedroom furnished with antique furnishings and fixtures, an honor system well-stocked fridge with beer and Cokes, and two very interesting proprietors, I missed out on not staying here more than my last night in the city. And, it was 5 minutes away from the Tren Maya. They gave me a ride to my train with last minute notice. I can't wait to come back here.

Big and affordable apartment, excellent and friendly staff who are eager to serve you. Very convenient location with plenty of parking space.

Hard/sketchy on outside but very cute inside

We lost hot water for one night, but they fixed right away! Very friendly and helpful staff.

Staying at Zamna was a real pleasure. Our room was spacious (20 foot ceilings!) and had lots of character. It was clean and the double queen beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The bathroom, while quite large, was long and a bit narrow. It could benefit from better lighting and another towel bar but otherwise was very nice. Hector and his staff are outstanding and will help you in every way they can. It is about 15 minute walk to lots of activities on 60th street including a variety of...

Our suite was spotless, beautifully designed and decorated. The bed was very comfortable as well as the sofa. The flowers and tropical trees were so pretty, and the restaurant attached, Teya, had delicious food and friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel more. Lots of food and shopping in walking distance. This hotel is beautiful inside and out!

Todo muy bien. Mejoraría en el breakfast mas variedad en la preparación de huevos. Pero lo demás todo bien.
