"Das ganze Gebäude und natürlich auch die Zimmer sind für uns immer wieder faszinierend. Ein uraltes landwirtschaftliches Gebäude gemischt mit modernen Zutaten, verwinkelte Ecken mit Überraschungen. Alles gelungen und interessant. Das Frühstück ist italienisch hergerichtet, bietet große Auswahl aber eben süß-lastig.
Was man allerdings auch dazusagen muss: die Anfahrt ist mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die letzten 800m führen über einen nicht asphaltierten Feldweg, der unglaublich staubt....
"Beautiful hotel in Poppi right next to the Castle. Wonderful breakfast on the terrace every morning. Staff were very helpful. The triple room was large with a gorgeous view and plenty of large towel for all of us. A+ stay. We highly recommend!

"The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. "
"After a long day of walking we arrived at the hotel to find it was out of business and looked like it had been for a long time. Hotels.com may want to be a little more selective about the establishments they partner with and at least make sure they are in business. VERY UNHAPPY!!!"
