"The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice and quality is excellent. I noticed they also offer packed lunches to hikers. Rooms are air conditioned ( although the casing made a cracking sound through the night)
Its dog friendly but we did not bring ours due to an error by expedia.

"On arrival there were dozens of drunken disheveled people on the front terrace. Parking was a joke 5 spaces in a difficult to negotiate area.Building in a shabby condition. Inside carpets were black and tarry. There was no reception. We had to go to the bar to check in which was like a zoo. Loud music again many drunken people. To add insult to injury they had double booked our room stating that they no longer dealt with Experian. Why that should matter for a booked and paid for room I don’t...
"We initially had some confusion regarding the location of the property - the postcode shown on the hotels.com listing suggests that it is in the middle of Saltburn but it is actually 15 minutes away - the correct postcode is TS13 4TB, and the property is at the very bottom of the single-track lane.
The rooms were surprisingly spacious and the living area in particular was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and the location was lovely and peaceful.
There were some issues with the electrics...
"What a lovely place, we hired a beautiful Bell tent for 2 nights. It was set up with all the essentials on our arrival. The plot had plenty of space around to set up bbq room and room for kids to play. The site, washrooms and kitchen were like new, very well maintained regularly cleaned. I have a pet allergy so the no pets policy was a great bonus here for me too. We had a great time and will book again. Thank you. "
