"Muddy area from parking to front porch. Sewer smell outside and inside was constant. Inadequate space to open sofa sleeper upstairs without blocking doorway to the bedroom. Mattresses were not comfortable. Kitchen table was broken. The view was beautiful and we did enjoy seeing the deer and the snowfall. It was very clean. Space was small for a family of six. "

Lots of steps..4 to get in to the house and 13 to get upstairs to the bedrooms and bathroom. Steps could be an issue for anyone with mobility issues. No ice maker in the fridge, and some old fashioned ice trays would have been nice. Beds were comfy and all the linens were pristine. Washer and dryer in basement were easy to use.
