"Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room was not the same as shown in the pictures, and several basic amenities were missing, including a hair dryer, tissues, and bottled water.
The biggest issue was the noise. The hotel is very noisy due to street traffic and people partying and drinking until around 3 a.m. The noise could be heard very clearly inside the room, making it extremely difficult to sleep.
Additionally, the front desk staff leave early, so if you need assistance during...
"La Casa Verde is a great place to stay in Baños away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and river and not too far away from public transportation. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of fruits, eggs, bread and jam and juice, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Several restaurants are within walking distance!"

The decor is fabulous and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome and comfortable in this hotel. We only stayed one night as we had a strict time schedule. However the hotel made up for the disappointment of the town Banos. The problem for us was that we had already been to Iguazu Falls where the waterfalls are truly...
"El cedro soñado is a unique and beautiful location near Baños and Párate, Ecuador, the staff are incredibly helpful and accommodating, the location is one of a kind and the views and peaceful setting are the main drivers for visitors, that said it is not easy to get to since it takes between 35-40 minutes up a very steep mountain road, I personally enjoyed the drive, my other traveling companions not so much. Overall Cedro Soñado it's a great choice, just be aware what makes it unique also makes...
