"Very clean and convenient,"

"Very convenient to restaurants and shops . Clean and comfortable."

"Clean rooms and plenty of amenities nearby made this an ideal location."

"Excellent customer service, we lost our phone on the JR train line and they helped us with calling lost and found and direct us to the JR lost and found department. Our missing cell phone was found and mailed to our hotel. Any questions or concerns were addressed and had comfortable stay here. Wonderful easy location within the Koyto Station made day trips super easy. Love this hotel! Thanks!"

"Front desk staffs was amazing, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast staffs was very efficient with maintaining the food area and the buffet have many options."
