"We stay every year when we visit our family in Europe. It is literally steps from Orly terminal 4. Its convenient, clean and has great customer service. Wish the dinner buffet would open at 6pm and not 645pm. Just a small suggestion."

"The room was very clean. The lobby needs to be updated. It is very dull . The receptionist are very rude if you don’t speak French . They are not friendly. I arrived at 2:00 and I was done with checking at 2:30 . I was told to wait till 3:00 pm the check in time . I have traveled all over the world. I have never seen anything like this . Especially you come when you are tired . What does 30 min difference make ! ."

"Although the parking is done by another company, I do recommend it. It is, once you go to the -2 level a spatious garage. The check in went super fast. The room was clean, internet simple with a QR code on the wall. Breakfast was good. A walk to the nearby metro is not to far."

"Camera pulita. Personale disponibile"

"The hotel was neat and clean. The rooms were just enough for two people. Breakfast was nice and had basic options available. There is a supermarket around 5 min walk. There is train station nearby , but currently there is some ongoing construction due to which it takes around 15 min to reach the station. And it would be easier & convenient to take taxi to Paris city center. Parking is available with a fee."

"Mouldy smell in the room, no AC and dirty towels"

"Feels like visiting family. Warm and cozy. Very friendly and attentive staff. Great location. Will book again next time in Paris for sure !"
