Fracesco welcomed us warmly and made us the best meal of our trip which we enjoyed in his lovely garden nestled in the French countryside. Our room was spacious and sparkling clean and it was like finding an oasis after a few long days of travel. The only sad thing was we were only able to stay one night. We hope to return some day. "I was not expecting to make my own bed or have to strip my own bed . The pics on Hotel.com rather give a false view of the property . It is a holiday camp style and very basic. No soap etc in bathrooms . Staff were lovely but very disappointed, I thought it was a hotel . "

"If you’re looking for a typically French themed hotel look no further. However if you’re staying here out of season be prepared for a literal 17:00 opening for check in, no restaurant, limited breakfast and no staff in the hotel at all after room cleaning. "
