"No dinner service because it was a weekend. Came down for breakfast around 7:30-8:00 and every table had dirty dishes on it, while staff were just hanging out at the front desk. I had to bus a table myself then scramble around looking for clean dishes to eat on. Noticed staff pointing at me and talking about me rather than helping me. Worst service I had my entire 3 week trip to 3 countries."

"Great location in the heart of La Cité. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, comfortable bed, good water pressure. Unfortunately we had a very noisy neighbor and the rooms didn't seem to be very soundproof despite the thick walls. We only stayed for one night, hence we can say much more.

"My husband and I visited Carcassonne for a couple of days and we chose this hotel with half board. The location is excellent, very clean and convenient. The half board consisted of a decent breakfast and buffet dinner. The room was a bit small but otherwise this was an excellent deal. "I booked this hotel at the last minute and was extremely pleased with my choice. The hotel lobby was large, clean, and inviting, and the receptionist was friendly and very helpful. Our room was large and clean, and the bathroom sparkled. The accommodation was excellent! The downside however was the restaurant. Our dinners were expensive, bland, and the choices were limited at the buffet counter. The service was good, which helped mitigate an otherwise negative experience.
