"It’s a nice property in need of some upgrades. I stayed in 2 separate rooms approx 1 week apart and in both cases the showers didn’t work well. Everything is functional and clean."
"I do not give many hotels a rating of 5/5, but this little hotel had a lot going for it. They had a person actually at the reception desk. Not a code to enter, or a phone to gain access, but a real person, who was always there and was very nice.

"I was mislead by the comments that posted here. The old man in the front desk was uncooperative and when I asked him about the area he give me the maps. The area away from the city center and need car. The breakfast is below expectations. I will not recommend this hotel to my friends"
"This hotel is a true gem in Chamonix. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is both friendly and highly competent. Breakfast is generous and varied. The highlight, however, is the stunning mountain view—you can enjoy it while having breakfast or from the patio of your room. I will definitely include a stay at this hotel on my next visit to Chamonix."
"The staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic, including delicious eggs if you need eggs. The hotel includes a beautiful garden and sitting rooms for relaxing, plus tea with cakes in the afternoon. They serviced our laundry within a couple of hours and the rate was fair. Excellent location next to the train station and the walking / shopping streets as well as the hike from Courmayeur to Refugio Bonatti. Thoroughly enjoyed being here."
