This is an old fashion ski lodge at the edge of city center. It's not bad but not great. The facilities are dated. Our room advertised as mountain view looks out to the wall of another building. Breakfast was parsimonious. Good news is that there is parking if you pay.

Lovely hotel

The staff was incredibly helpful during all aspects of the trip. The entire hotel is very clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we were able to have a drink every night from the bar and sit outside to watch the sun fade off of the glacier. My only suggestion to the hotel is to have fans available at the front desk if the guests would need them when the days are warmer, especially for rooms on the third floor. Otherwise, we would absolutely stay again.

We loved our stay here. The property is very clean, and the rooms were a good size with everything you need. We loved using the sauna and jacuzzi as well! The breakfast in the morning was a nice treat, and the hotel is extremely walkable to all the best restaurants and bars in town. Highly recommend!

Staff was amazing - kind, helpful, attentive. Small hotel with lots of local charm and view of the alps out your window or balcony. The location is perfect for chamonix- buses for skiing and touring across the street and shops walking distance less than 5 minutes. We would definitely come to Auberge du Manoir again!
