"The staff are responsive and kind, the grounds are lovely, and the rooms were nice. "

"Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was cleaned each day and the breakfast was prepared well and largely on time as requested"

"This property is falsely advertised. The location listed on Expedia is not accurate, and when I arrived, it was nowhere near where it was supposed to be. I was forced to book another hotel last-minute. That alone would have been manageable, but the real issue is that the property provided no way to resolve the situation. "I slept in a simple tent, the bed was nice. Good food, tastful Tilapia. Good conversations with the staff, especially with Jean Marie (Pfaff). Next time I will leave the bike on the pier, the road to the resort is too bad!"

"Amazing service, charming rooms, fantastic food. I went there after a gorilla trek and before hiking up Bisoke and they were fantastic. They helped arrange transport as well. Will absolutely be staying here again if I'm back in Musanze."

"A very nice place to stay. Really good !"

"Comfortable, quiet, safe, accessible. Staff was excellent and took care of every need."

"Undvik! Felplacerat på Google Maps och hotels.com. Inga skyltar "

"it is a good stop over to volcano national park. about 20 mins drive. the property is okay. it was well kept. the room was gorgeous but the mattress was terrible. it is hard and gave me backache. the breakfast can be made better. the staff is nice. "
