"Requested for early check in on the day itself and they kindly accomodated to my request and let me check in 2hrs before the usual check in which i am tremendously grateful for! Room was comfortable and had mostly everything u need. Staff were also very helpful with any questions we had. Only had breakfast for one day but the spread was generous"

"The room was okay, the bedsheet/top sheet is dirty and theres peanut on the floor i was about to complain about it, but then its only one night so we just let it go. The light fixture is broken as well. The housekeeper was in the hallway in 17th floor and his cart was full of bath towels, i requested if he could give me 1 bath towel and he said it should be delivered in my room. He could have just give it or hand it to me as i am holding a baby and a toddler by my side. I waited and nothing came...
