"The staff, location, and amenities that we expected were all good. The food was just okay. Besides that, the quality of the room was very bad. Not enough hangers for two people on a four day work trip, no air conditioning, a fan to cool down that was incredibly noisy, and a shower where there was no proper place to hang the shower head. We had to keep the window open all night. The room rate we paid was not at all worth the quality of the room. I am sure the hotel raised their standard rates...

"Insgesamt gutes Hotel."

"Do not believe that there is a genuine shuttle service between the airport and the hotel. I waited 4 hours for the bus after flying from Australia. On arrival I was asked to pay for the return trip to the airport the next day. No amenity for a cup of tea or coffee in room and no bar fridge. Soap container on bathroom was empty and no body wash provided. The actual bed was okay and breakfast was adequate."

"grossartiges Hotel mit modernem Flair und persönlichem Service. leider war ich nur kurze Zeit Gast, aber es war alles da was man als Geschäftsreisende braucht. dazu war es top sauber und hat einen grossen Parkplatz mit guter Anbindung."

"Alles war gut und Besonders Personal war äußerst Nett,"

"Very clean and centrally located. Friendly and welcoming staff. Perfectly situated near the river and very close to the train station. Would stay here again."

"Helpful and friendly staff."
