"The room was fairly large with a very clean bathroom (no mildew, yea!). Had a full Starbucks on premise which was great. A nice lobby where people were chilling and a nice long high table where people used their laptops (always full). We walk to University of TN and Market Square easily, so perfect location for us. They have construction doing on which closed the main entrance, but we didn't hear any noise. The parking garage is tight, but we took the truck in fine, but carefully."

"My stay was nice and comfortable. The staff was friendly… my only issue was my room did not have a view at all and I think I chose a view when I booked. There was literally a wall right outside the window. Other than that it’s in a great location, the free breakfast is a great touch because most places don’t do free breakfast anymore. I would recommend to others"

"It’s ok….not a great location and kinda run down if you compare them to other Lofts…. Bar is great…and pool is ok. I won’t go back…had to ask for towels and coffee 3day stay with 3 rooms multiple times No phone in rooms…have to go down. Friday it was incredibly loud outside with screaming teens…5th floor at 11pm. Lots of food locations in the area"

"It's a boutique hotel near downtown and bordering the campus of UT. It's new so seems to be quite nice. However, it's "valet only" for parking. When I arrived and for a couple of hours after the parking lot was absolutely jammed with cars waiting to be parked. There was one young man working the valet and he said he had started the day before. Staff was indifferent to the situation. I ended up parking in a nearby neighborhood (not recommended). A colleague had a problem with her room lock, and...
