"This is a beautiful old historic hotel the rooms were lovely but most importantly, the staff was incredible we stayed over the 4th of July Weekend Glenwood Springs was packed and we ended up eating most of our meals at the restaurant; we had breakfast and dinner, as well as room service. "This place has been our go-to since 2012. We love that the chalets can accommodate our big family. Nice to see that they have changed their comforters from the coloured ones to all white, beds are a little older but still comfortable despite the squeaking sound it makes. Washroom tiles need grout refresh. I wish the price is a little lower though, the nightly rent has doubled up since 2012. Overall, will rent again since the location was nice, just 6 mins drive to the town."
