"Location and amenities were unmatched. We got a great price on the room. It was our first time to keystone and we enjoyed every day of it. Resort food is a little pricey as you should expect, but we didn’t get anything bad while we were there. Pizza, burgers, soup, ramen, tacos, and beer of course. Construction wasn’t far from us and didn’t bother us one bit. The previous hottub complaints confused me too, as they have 2 other hottubs available and we used one each night. "The property is in a great location. Great outdoor grill, hot tubs and pool. The pool table top is ripped. It was difficult to open the mini fridge and the Murphy bed was noisy when you moved and then we could not push it back up in the wall. They need to fix the Murphy bed and refrigerator."

"Keystone is a pretty temperate area. No AC in the room is usually not an issue. Temps were a bit higher than normal and the condo was warm during the day. Dishwasher was not attached to the cabinet. Furniture could stand to be updated. In short, you here are little details that would have made this property outstanding. "

"Beautiful condo located right in Village. We disappointed with check in since we had to wait over 2 hours after check in time to get in. Once we got in the dishwasher was not working and the freezer sounded like there was a feral cat in it. Call RMRM and they sent someone out and determined they could not fix the dishwasher and left a note stating someone would come and do dishes daily BUT no one ever showed up. "

"The room was good . Older kitchen . The apartment had a strange smell almost like currey when ypu walk in and it is very strong. The bed and pillows arent the softest. It is not a true ski in and out and will have to walk about 100 too 200 yards to the ski lifts/area . But from the looks that is the way it is. "

"Perfect location to ski and enjoy keystone. Sadly, epic did not plan the reservation system well (NOT the lodges fault) so no skiing was done. And Covid reduced capacity at restaurants dramatically. But this was a great location to visit vail and other areas to explore. "
