"The whole experience was unreal and I'm not sure I can holiday anywhere else with kids ever again. The kids club, activities, staff, food, spa, pool, room - EVERYTHING was amazing.
If you're English and worried about language barriers for the kids, we had no issues, all the staff speak great english and at dinner you get a set table which is near other English speaking families to easily make friends. A couple of the kids shows are in Italian but our toddler still loved them and all the outings...
"Modern hotel located very close to the pedestrian historical centre. Modern hotel with chic, modern appointments. Rooftop bar at night was an added bonus. While parking is not free, its location is great. We had an EV rental and the front desk helped us with getting the charger started which was very appreciated. Professional staff throughout the hotel. Would stay there again."
"Friendly, helpful staff. We were upgraded to a suite (thank you) which was clean and had all the amenities you could wish for. We enjoyed drinks in the bar and an evening meal which was delicious. There is a large selection at breakfast including a hot buffet. The hotel itself is a 2 minute walk from Bolzano Sud train station and it is easy to get into Bolzano by train, one stop, or alternatively a bus."
"The room was clean and modern and had a great view of the mountains. I especially liked how the bed faced the windows so you can wake up to great views. The hotel also had good self service facilities for drinking water, hot water and ice. The ice came in useful as I injured myself during a walk and it was useful for cold compression. The staff was friendly and on hand to answer queries. Breakfast was decent too.
The location was really convenient as it was near the main bus stop service...
"Hotel zit op een goede locatie. Eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kamer is eenvoudig maar schoon en netjes. Ontbijtbuffet is zeer uitgebreid. Het hotel is fris en netjes onderhouden. Onze fietsen konden binnen in een speciale ruimte neergezet worden. We komen graag nog eens terug."
"Booked the room as two twin beds through expedia and arrived with only one. We asked the front desk to split the beds, went out for dinner and came back to same single bed. Lady up front was a little short with me about it not being booked as two twin beds. I looked at the expedia booking and in fact it was. The room was hot and humid with no AC. Early morning, no heat. No functioning towel warmer in the bathroom. Appearance of the room looked dated. Food was good for breakfast and...
"Great location, with convenient and good food options on site. The amenities were hit or miss - the laundry room wasn’t working when we were there. Good fit for a short stay during a backpacking trip."
