"The bed was so soft it was so uncomfortable and made my back hurt"

"I had a Terrible experience with this hotel in the bathroom was dirty towels on the shower area, fresh blood on the sheets and all over the bed , I told the front desk, she told me I need to wait to next day because she is not a housekeeper. I ask for the supervisor and they gave us small sheets for two persons and I had to change my self, but they didn’t gave me pillows cover and it was bloody too,I had a terrible night I don’t recommend this hotel at all."

"Breakfast was great. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful."

"Great place"

"Staff was really helpful. Cleaning crew passed by daily to check in to see if you need clean towels or any cleaning."

"Always walked in to a clean room, staff was very friendly and respectful, very scenic area."

"For the prices they charge, they could at least offer breakfast. There are no stores in walking distance so if you wanted something to drink or a snack, the prices at the hotel were hefty. The hotel was very clean and the staff was courteous. The location was perfect for us because we were there to visit our grandson for his birthday and the hotel was located right next door to his apartment."

"The beds were very comfortable. Rooms are very clean."

"The restaurant, bar, and lobby were excellent. The food was great. The staff was amazing. Our room had a bathroom door that was broken on the bottom, which was strange. The shuttle to the airport was so convenient. We would definitely stay again and probably will next year."

"Very pleasant stay. Staff So friendly. Recommended areas to visit, great food suggestions."

"The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. I was greeted with respect upon my arrival. The parking was adequate and easily accessible to the entrance. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. However, there was a small problem with the flushing of the toilet. I reported it to the front desk and the problem was resolved. They also brought a toilet plunger just in case the problem persisted."
