"Main door was not working, all car chargers were offline, pool was not working, no air conditioning, room was above 25 degrees on the 5th floor and above 28 degrees on the 6th. No help at desc, refused to offer any compensation (free parking, free breakfast... Nothing) all they would say is sorry and then gave us an email of a contact person who would be available in 48hours. Almost forgot, tried calling reception twice (on a sticky phone) never answered."
