"Great stay for the Cleveland clinic"

"Dirty. Noisy and staff was not helpful when I complained about a regular playing loud music like it was his house in the room next to me"

"Room was clean, bathroom clean but the tub/shower quite another story. the heater was so loud it would wake me up when coming on. Breakfast was ok but out of several things, was told until after my plate arrived and my wife's didn't. Also was told valet was 50 a day and got charged 70 a day, why so much anyway. Can't say I'd be coming back anytime soon."

"The hotel was neat and clean. It smelled nice. The staff was nice and friendly. We had a great stay!"
