"AC stopped working in my room the first night. It got very warm. Only one pillow and a single duvet were provided despite having booked a double bed (I was a single traveler). The pillow stank of mould.
New room the next day was better and they provided two pillows but again one stank.
Girl at the front desk in the evening was nice. Man in the morning had an unhelpful attitude though did fix the situation.

"Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr altmodisch und die Einrichtung schon sehr angewohnt. Das Haus ist sehr verwinkelt mit vielen Treppen ohne Aufzug.

"Great location just 100 m from the main square and most of the important sites in Gyor. Spacious room, well appointed and nicely decorated. A nice common area on the first floor, with tea and cookies available most times. There are no lifts in the building, so you will be carrying your suitcase up and down the staircases. The breakfast was good, with a reasonable selection of hot and cold items."
