Very good familly hotel at walking distance from Gyor downtown. Very clean rooms and environment. The check in was a little bit long as the receptionist was new in this position and was not speaking easily englush. Nevertheless we have received good support to print our train tickets. Good breakfast as well. Very good ration price vs quality

Kleine Unterkunft, sauber, freundlich. Frühstück zweckmäßig Zimmer durchaus auch groß genug für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Personal sehr zuvorkommend-wir durften statt 10 Uhr check out bis 12 Uhr bleiben. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Bäckerei und Supermarkt (Lidl) inkl. Trafik sowie Apotheke sind fußläufig erreichbar. Auch ins Zentrum kommt man gut zu Fuß. Gerne weiterempfohlen

Das Hotel sieht von aussen unscheinbar aus. Innen sehr saubere und angenehme Innenräume und Zimmer. Der Empfang ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Trotz später Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient . Auch das Frühstück war gut . Vor dem Haus an der Strasse waren genügend kostenlose Parkplätze. Ca 400 Meter entfernt stellt das Hotel auf Wunsch kostenlose abgeschlossene Parkpätze zur Verfügung Man kann in ca 10 bis 15 Minuten bequem in das Stadtzentrum laufen .Wir können das Hotel auch für mehrere Nächte uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen (natürlich ist es zu dem Preis kein Luxushotel)

Bis auf kleine Abstriche empfehlenswert!

Das Hotel ist „klein aber fein“, das Personal sehr freundlich, das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielseitig. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Bad relativ neu und frisch renoviert. Es gibt fast alle deutschen Programme über Satellit zu empfangen. Jedoch habe ich auch Negativpunkte. Zum einen der weite Weg zum Parkplatz. Wenn man zum ersten Mal kommt, muss man erst einmal eine Parkmöglichkeit suchen. Nach dem Check in, bekommt man dann einen Chip für den Schlagbaum des Parkplatzes, der auf einem Hof in der nächsten Querstraße ist. Wenn man dann das Gepäck von dort zurück zum Hotel schleppen muss, ist man schon kaputt. Das ist jedoch noch zumutbar und man hat einen sicheren Parkplatz. Sehr schlecht sind jedoch die Betten, die an die 70er Jahre erinnern. Man liegt nur wenige Zentimeter über dem Boden und die Matratze ist auch sehr dünn und von minderer Qualität. Hier sollte der Besitzer unbedingt mal in vernünftige Betten mit hochwertigen Matratzen investieren. Dabei vielleicht noch einen neuen Anstrich, damit der Tabakgeruch aus vergangenen Zeiten restlos verschwindet. Wer nur für kurze Dauer in Györ ist und sich an den beschriebenen Kritikpunkten nicht stört, der kann getrost dort Zimmer buchen. Für Gäste, die Ruhe brauchen, empfehle ich ein Zimmer zum Hof zu verlangen.

Basic, clean stay with good value & friendly staf

A lovely, small, family-run hotel with that personal touch. Basic but clean amenities and good WiFi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Excellent value for the money. On hot days, expect some traffic noise if you don’t like AC and instead go for opening the window. Plain but good breakfast. There’s a bakery next door, a bike rental station and a park across the street. Györ is incredibly good for biking. Recommended hotel!

The kind personal almost makes up for the disappointing room. BUT We booked here because of the positive opinions and I cannot understand how could it get more than 4 points after our experience. Our shower was not in best shape, at first it looked clean but after looking at it closer we did not want to use it. (after a very long journey) Stained sheets. Party noises all night. I do not know if it is always like that. Overall, no value for the money paid.
