"Beautiful property!!!"

"Don’t be fooled by the pics you see on here, looks nothing like it in real life! Plus they have a roach problem on the 1st and 2nd floors. They won’t tell you until you complain about it"

"10/10 we were in town for NCAT WEEKEND! Hotel was clean - the staff was extremely nice took care of us. Parking was great and plenty of food surrounding the hotel. Well worth the money"

"Good price. Good location (close to restaurants, small, several colleges). Poor service. Bad smell. Old facility needing desperate upgrade. Can’t be covered up by paint. Arrived late evening, new staff without help. Long lines as she learned. Took 45min to 1 hour to check in 3 people. Left and returned. Air/heat less than 6 inches from bed so didn’t reach much of room. Also crusty/rusted shower spout. Dark room only had lamps, and not enough light. Loud neighbors but to make it worse, staff...

"They had a great staff and clean rooms."

"Overall, my stay went well. The rooms need a bit of updating, but were suitable. We had an issue with a slow-draining shower and staff handled it quickly and to our satisfaction. The amenities of happy hour and free breakfast were great. All staff members we encountered were very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome."

"The rooms were fine but I felt it was unprofessional for the hotel clerk/manager to be knocking on my door at 11am telling us to hurry up and check out. I understand there is a time frame and they need to prepare the room for families checking in at 3 or 4pm. But give families with small kids a little grace. We were cleaning up the room and loading things into our car when they kept banging on our door. It scared my 10 year old daughter. Just wanted to point this out. Thanks."

"The staff at this property makes you feel like family. They were exteremely helpful and welcoming."

"The hotel is fairly new so the property is well kept. The entire staff I came in contact with was very helpful and attentive. Location is ideal, walking distance to a Top Golf and entertainment facility for kids and adults in the evening and very close to the highway. My only one complaint is that the hotel does not provide a pot or pan for cooking on the electric range. I was there for a little over a week and that would've been very helpful. I did appreciate the microwave and apartment size...

"We stay here all the time. We had a wonderful stay during homecoming weekend! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. We especially appreciated being accommodated with an early check-in, which made our weekend that much easier. The staff was welcoming, and everything went smoothly."

"I booked a last-minute reservation around 8 PM and upon my arrival, the hotel staff was very friendly. My room was clean and I even had a scenic view of Winston-Salem. The complementary breakfast was also a huge plus. I’ve been to this hotel before for events in their meeting spaces, but I had never stayed here before. I’m glad I chose this location for my last minute stay."

"It was amazing and as comfortable as home."
